各地抵達日光城拉薩，拉薩火車站/拉薩貢嘎機場，導遊或工作人員舉牌/獻哈達接團，驅車前往市區酒店入住休息適應高原反應。

Arrive at the Sunshine City in Lhasa, Lhasa Railway Station/Lhasa Gongga Airport, tour guide or working personnel raises signs/Xianhada to welcome the group, and drive to the city hotel to stay and rest to adapt to altitude sickness.

1、此日對於初次進藏的遊客來說非常關鍵。拉薩海拔約 3650 米，含氧量只有中國大陸的 65%，多數客人會出現不同程度的高原反應。除了保持平常心態以外，勿劇烈運動、多飲水、多吃水果、充分的休息是預防高原反應的最佳辦法。如身體不適，請及時聯繫導遊到醫院治療。

2、抵達拉薩的當晚，請勿洗頭/洗澡，注意預防感冒；拉薩早晚溫差較大，請注意保暖，以免引起高原反應。

3、西藏當地酒店多為太陽能熱水器，熱水有時候可能不太熱，敬請諒解。

4、西藏住宿條件有限，與中國大陸同等級酒店會有一定的差別，請做好心理準備。

1. This day is crucial for first-time tourists entering Tibet. Lhasa is about 3650 meters above sea level, and its oxygen content is only 65% of that of  Mainland China. Most guests will experience altitude reactions to varying degrees. In addition to maintaining a normal mindset, avoiding vigorous exercise, drinking more water, eating more fruits, and adequate rest are the best ways to prevent altitude sickness. If you feel unwell, please contact the tour guide to the hospital for treatment in a timely manner.

2. On the evening of arriving in Lhasa, please do not  take shower, and be careful to prevent catching a cold; There is a large temperature difference between morning and evening in Lhasa, please pay attention to keeping warm to avoid causing altitude sickness.

3. Most of the local hotels in  Tibet are solar water heaters. Sometimes the hot water may not be too hot. Please understand.

酒店早餐後，驅車前往【布達拉宮】始建於西元7世紀初期、是一座宮堡式建築、世界文化遺產。前往【藥王山觀景臺】與人民幣50元取景地合影。

隨後前往【大昭寺】始建於西元647年、一座藏傳佛教寺院、供奉佛祖釋迦牟尼12歲等身金像。City Walk穿梭在千年古轉經道的【八廓街】超聖信徒並肩同行，見眾生相，看人間煙火。

After breakfast at the hotel, you will drive to the Potala Palace, a palace style building built in the early 7th century, a world cultural heritage site. Go to the Yaowang Mountain Observation Deck and take a group photo with the RMB 50 scenic spot .

Then, you will drive to the Jokhang Temple, a Tibetan Buddhist temple built in 647 AD, which houses golden statues of Buddha Shakyamuni at the age of 12. City Walk shuttles through the ancient path of turning scriptures on Barkhor Street, walking side by side with believers and appreciating the sentient beings and man's world.

酒店早餐後，驅車經【米拉山隧道】前往【秀巴古堡】相傳是1600多年前松贊幹布在征戰中，為方便軍隊之間的聯絡以及屯兵和防禦，修築了具有統治標誌的古堡群。

後驅車沿拉林高速經米拉山隧道前往西藏江南-林芝，一路尼洋河風光相伴前行……

After breakfast at the hotel, you will drive through the Mira Mountain Tunnel to the Shuba Castle. It is said that more than 1600 years ago, Songtsen Gampo built a group of castles with ruling symbols to facilitate communication between armies, as well as to station and defend.

Then, you will drive along the Larin Expressway through the Mila Mountain Tunnel to Jiangnan,Tibet-Linzhi, accompanied by the Niyang River scenery...

酒店早餐後，途徑【色季拉山口】遠觀南迦巴瓦的最佳觀景臺，天氣好，可觀九峰全景。遊覽【魯朗林海】雲霧、林海、田疇、牧場、流水、人家、牛羊……

中餐後，沿318國道抵達【嘎朗湖】湖面面積15000多平方米。青山環繞，古樹參天，自然風光優美，民居建築風格獨特。

After breakfast at the hotel, you will drive along the 318 National Highway and pass through the Sejila Pass, where you can enjoy the best observation deck of Namjagbarwa from afar. The weather is superb and you can enjoy a panoramic view of the nine peaks. Touring the Lulang Forest: Clouds, forests, fields, pastures, flowing water, homes, cattle and sheep...

After Chinese cuisine, you will follow National Highway 318 to reach Galang Lake, located in Runa Village and Galang Village, with a lake surface area of over 15000 square meters. Surrounded by green mountains and towering ancient trees, the natural scenery is beautiful, and the architectural style of residential buildings is unique.

酒店早餐後，驅車前往【來古冰川】海洋性冰川，是中國境內海拔最低的冰川，主峰海拔6800米，冰潔如玉，景色秀美，形態各異，姿色醉人。

中餐後，環遊【然烏湖】藏東第一大湖，是地質運動活躍形成的堰塞湖。

After breakfast in the hotel, you will drive to Midui Glacier the most important marine glacier in Tibet, and also the glacier with the lowest altitude in China. The main peak is 6800 meters above sea level. It is as clean as jade, with beautiful scenery, various shapes and fascinating beauty.

After lunch, you will take a tour of Ranwu Lake, the largest lake in eastern Tibet. It is a barrier lake formed by active geological movements.

酒店早餐後，驅車途經【古鄉湖】前往魯朗，輕徒步【紮塘魯措】至【高山牧場】，欣賞風吹草低現牛羊的如畫美景。

注：此徒步為入門級標準，不會太累的。

After breakfast at the hotel, you will drive through Guxiang Lake to Lulang and hike lightly from Zhatang Lucuo to Alpine Pasture to enjoy the picturesque scenery-in the wind grass seems lower, and the cattle feel free to wander.

Note: This hike is an entry-level standard and will not be too tiring.

酒店早餐後，途中遊覽【巴松措】國家AAAAA級景區、國家森林公園，藏語中是"綠色的水"的意思，是紅教寧瑪派的一處著名神湖和聖地。

景區集雪山、湖泊、森林、瀑布牧場、文物古跡、名勝古刹為一體，景色殊異，四時不同，名類野生珍稀植物彙集，實為人間天堂，有“小瑞士”美譽。

After breakfast at the hotel, you will visit Basongcuo, a national AAAAA scenic spot, and a national forest park.  In Tibetan, it means "green water" and is a famous sacred lake and holy site of the Nyingma sect of the Red Sect.

The scenic area integrates snow capped mountains, lakes, forests, waterfalls and pastures, cultural relics and historical sites, and famous ancient temples. The scenery is diverse and the four seasons are different. Famous wild and rare plants gather, making it a paradise on earth and known as the "Little Switzerland".

酒店早餐後，驅車前往【羊卓雍措】簡稱羊湖，湖面積675平方千米，湖面海拔4,441米。

沿環湖路前往【卡若拉冰川】年楚河東部源頭，西藏三大大陸型冰川之一。

晚間觀看《文成公主》晚會，講述了1300多年前唐朝文成公主與吐蕃藏王松贊幹布和親的歷史故事。全劇分為五幕，時長約90分鐘，演出人員共計800餘名。

After breakfast in the hotel, you will drive to Yamdrok Lake, which is referred to as "Yang Lake ". The lake covers an area of 675 square kilometers and has an elevation of 4441 meters.

Then, you will go along the Lakeside Ring Road to the eastern source of the Chu River in the Karula Glacier, one of the three continental glaciers in Tibet.

In the evening, you will watch the "Princess Wencheng" Evening Party, which tells the historical story of the marriage between Princess Wencheng of the Tang Dynasty and the Tubo king Songtsen Gampo over 1300 years ago. The whole play is divided into five acts, with a duration of about 90 minutes and a total of more than 800 performers.

注：如冬季《文成公主》晚會停演，則同級更改體驗非遺文化【古法藏浴】，費用相抵。

Note: If the "Princess Wencheng" evening party is cancelled in winter, the same level will be changed to experience the intangible cultural heritage of Ancient Tibetan Bathing, and the cost will be offset.
