酒店早餐後，驅車前往【布達拉宮】始建於西元7世紀初期、一座宮堡式建築、世界文化遺產、國務院第一批全國重點文物保護單位、藏漢和美的見證。前往布達拉宮廣場拍攝全景、前往【藥王山觀景臺】與人民幣50元取景地合影。
中餐後，驅車前往【大昭寺】始建於西元647年、一座藏傳佛教寺院、供奉佛祖釋迦牟尼12歲等身金像。City Walk穿梭在千年古轉經道的【八廓街】，品一杯【倉姑寺甜茶】，與千裏之外三步一叩來此的信徒並肩同行，見眾生相，看人間煙火。
After breakfast at the hotel, you will drive to the Potala Palace, a palace style building built in the early 7th century, a world cultural heritage site, one of the first batch of national key cultural relics protection units under the State Council, and a witness to the harmony between Tibet, China, and the United States. Go to the Potala Palace Square to shoot a panoramic view, and take a group photo with the 50 yuan scenic spot at the Medical hill.
After lunch, you will drive to the Jokhang Temple, a Tibetan Buddhist temple built in 647 AD, which houses golden statues of Buddha Shakyamuni at the age of 12. City Walk through the ancient path of Circumanbulation on Barkhor Street, sipping a cup of sweet tea from Nunnery , and walking side by side with believers who prostrate every three steps from a thousand miles away, appreciating the sentient beings and man's world.

酒店早餐後，驅車雅葉高速、曲水縣、翻越4998米的【崗出拉山口】前往【羊卓雍措】，簡稱羊湖，與當雄納木措、阿裏瑪旁雍措合稱西藏三大聖湖，藏語中又被稱為"上面的珊瑚湖"。是喜馬拉雅山北麓最大的內陸湖泊，湖光山色之美，冠絕藏南。湖面積675平方千米，湖面海拔4,441米。
午餐後，驅車前往湖邊，親距離接觸湖水，那揉進心裏的藍，讓人流連忘返。
After breakfast in the hotel, you will drive from Lhasa Expressway, over the 4998 meter Kambala Pass to Yamdrok Lake, which is referred to as "Yang Lake ", together with Namtso in Dangxiong and Lake Manasarovar, is known as three holy lakes in Tibet. In Tibetan, it is also known as "The Turquoise Lake ". It is the largest inland lake at the northern foothills of the Himalayas, with beautiful lake and mountain scenery, unparalleled in southern Tibet. The lake covers an area of 675 square kilometers and has an elevation of 4441 meters.
After lunch,you will drive to the lake and close touch to the lake water. The refreshing blue makes people linger and forget to leave.

中餐後，抵達【納木措·紮西半島】中國第三大的鹹水湖，湖面海拔4718米，"納木錯"為藏語，蒙古語名稱為"騰格里海"，都具"天湖"之意。也是西藏的"三大聖湖"之一。 為著名的佛教聖地之一。
返程時在5190米處【那根拉山口】遠觀納木措留念，頒發本次喜馬拉雅高海拔挑戰證書。
After breakfast at the hotel, you will drive along the Expressway to the observation deck of Nyenchen Tanglha. Legend has it that it and Namtso were once a loving couple.
After lunch, you will arrive at the third largest saltwater lake in China, the Namtso·Tashi island, with an elevation of 4718 meters. The name "Namtso" is in Tibetan and "Tengri Sea" is in Mongolian, both of which mean "Sky Lake". It is also one of the "Three Holy Lakes" in Tibet. One of the famous Buddhist holy sites.
On the return journey, you will observe Namtso from a distance of 5190 meters at the Laganla Pass and awarded the certificate of the Himalayan High Altitude Challenge.

酒店早餐後，前往【羅布林卡】始建於18世紀40年代、舊社會時期是歷代達賴喇嘛消夏理政的地方、是一座典型的藏式風格園林。拜訪非遺傳承，體驗【手工DIY】唐卡/藏香/藏文/雕刻等非遺專案（根據自己的興趣選擇一種體驗）。
午餐後，前往【色拉寺】全稱"沙拉大乘寺"，是藏傳佛教格魯派六大主寺之一，自古以來是高僧活佛講經說法之地，寺內海內外皆知的【僧侶辯經】為藏傳佛教修行中的重要過程。
晚間觀看《文成公主》晚會，以拉薩自然山水為背景，講述了1300多年前唐朝文成公主與吐蕃藏王松贊幹布和親的歷史故事。全劇分為五幕，時長約90分鐘，演出人員共計800餘名。

After breakfast in the hotel, you will visit Norbulingka, which was built in the 1840s. In the old time, it was a place where Dalai Lamas spent their summer and managed their affairs. It is a typical Tibetan style garden. To visit the "non-left" heritage and Handmade culture experience , Tangka/Tibetan Incense/Tibetan Language/Carving and other intangible cultural heritage projects (choose according to your own interests).
After lunch, you will visit Sera Monastery, also known as the "Sera college", which is one of the six main monastery of the Gelukba Sect of Tibetan Buddhism. Since ancient times, it has been a place for eminent monks and living Buddhas to preach dharma. The well-known practice of Monks Debate Philosophy , is a noteworthy process in the practice of Tibetan Buddhism.
In the evening, you will watch the "Princess Wencheng Live Drama" , which was set against the natural landscape of Lhasa and told the historical story of Princess Wencheng's marriage with the Tibetan king Songtsen Gampo over 1300 years ago during the Tang Dynasty. The whole drama is divided into five acts, with a duration of about 90 minutes, and a total of over 800 performers.
